Great service, honest people. The cost was what I anticipated. They also gave recommendations on additional services for the future. I would go back. Updated.... The first time we visited Lorentz, it was a great experience. The second time, the fixed the cylinder in the clutch and it seemed like things were ok. However, a week later we noticed that the brake lights (rear of car) came on every time the clutch was engaged and when the brake was engaged, the back brake lights would stay on after the pressure was removed. We came back and explained the situation to the gentleman in the front. It seems that he was preoccupied with other things and basically said, we'll check it, but it looks like you have third problem with your car. I guess if you understand this issue, there was a strong possibility that the issue was related to the clutch work. Anyway, his attitude was not on the accommodating side , it was more like, your car is old and that's just what it is. Anyway, I liked this place, but today was not a good day. Probably won't be back. Updated Again... Shane reached out shortly after I posted the review above. He apologized and worked with my husband to make things right. As I originally thought, this is a good place with good people.
