Let’s just cut to the chase! These guys are great! 👍🏻 From customer service, questions, step by step, start to finish etc are top notch! I had them do a tuneup on my truck back in 2012 and was absolutely happy with their service back then. So now when my starter was dead and some seals and gaskets were leaking on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4-door in 2025. I looked around on where to go since my truck literally never has to go to the shop. But anywhere else I thought of going I didn’t feel at ease. In the back of my mind I was like, “Let’s just go to Lorentz”. So plain and simple if you want to feel rest assured that your vehicle is in great hands?! Just bring it here… 👍🏻💯

Lorentz automotive did an excellent job doing a pre-purchase inspection for me. They were very accommodating and fitted me in at the last minute and did a quick inspection. Vince took it on himself to do the inspection on an urgent basis. Because of his review, I returned the car and purchased a different car- a new car. This was a 3-day/150 mile return policy, so it was very, very time-sensitive. Thanks to Lorentz, I avoided a big mistake. I also enjoy Frank's wry sense of humor. (I used to have my old BMW serviced by them till it became not really worth the cost of repair vs. the value of the car.)
