Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie
