The Lorentz Team provided me with an RO that included pics, that addressed the issue I took my car in for. They were able to get my car fixed quickly and provided me a shuttle ride to my work on the day the work was being done. My car's problem was solved and is running as good as ever! Always great, quick service. Wont bring my car anywhere else unless its something super specialized and then it just gets messed up and gets brought back for the Lorentz team to finish the job!!!
