A very good experience trying to find out why our engine was covered in oil. They didn't try to find ways to cause extra work to be done. We appreciate the fact that this is a family owned, Christian business.

Absolutely the best! I've been using Lorentz for decades and we've moved out of town. Our son is still in the area and after struggling with electrical issues with a 2011 Dodge Ram I instructed him to tow it to Lewisville from Dallas. They tracked down the issue in no time and had him back on the road in less than 48 hours. Great communication and professionalism you just don't see much anymore. Keep up the good work guys!!

Excellent customer service was given to me the moment I walked in the door. I was dropped off at my house and picked up, plus the repair cost was very reasonable. I appreciate the emphasis on good customer service thus business provides. It’s a breath of fresh air and more businesses should adopt this type of attitude towards their customers. This was my first visit to Lorentz and I will certainly be using them for all of my automotive needs in the future. I can see why they have been voted as Best in Denton County so many years in a row.
