I always use Lorentz, a family owned business, for automotive work. Why? They are honest, fairly priced, and just decent folks, the kind I want to support. With the business challenges of the pandemic, the work too a little longer than expected but was still same day service and done expertly.

I was very disappointed with my analysis. Acouple dsys ago, I dropped my car off to find out way my a/c was only blowing out warm air and wouldn't get cold. A couple hours later Shane called me and said my compressor needed to be replaced and quoted me $1394.00 for the repair. I told Shane I couldn't afford that and not to go ahead with the repsir... Needless to say I was blown away! After some research I found out I can purchase the parts for around $400 with a liftime guarantee and quoted 2 hours of labor! I picked up my car and will never go back there again!

Lorentz every time prove to me that their honest and integrity is what makes me go again to them. they do not charge you just to charge you but they will only do what is needed to get the job done thinking of customer first. I highly recommend Lorentz to my friends and family and I am glad i found them to take care of my car. They had a coupon that expired a day from when I went to do the service and they honored it since I was a long time customer and that makes me appreciate that they know and appreciate me as a customer.
