Just left Ford dealership frustrated with over promise and under deliver about all day for oil change,also needing exhaust repair which was a differant shop.I noticed Lorentz Automotive in business since 1982, stopped and they could do both cheaper then Ford and was out in a hour.Business was clean and everyone was very professional .

Awesome service. Came in for warranty work and was out in 20 min. These guys have some of the best customer service around.

Great service and friendly staff. I have taken vehicles for various repairs and have always been very satisfied.

I have been using Lorentz for my vehicles for a number of years. I have always found them to be courteous, respectful and honest. They answer my questions, explain what I don't understand and let me know what I need done now, and what I need to watch for later. I am very hesitant to just believe what I am told, but have always found Lorentz to be truthful with me. They understand that repairs are expensive and have done an excellent job at keeping my costs to a minimum while still producing quality work. I trust them, their opinions and their work.
