I have been using Lorentz for my vehicles for a number of years. I have always found them to be courteous, respectful and honest. They answer my questions, explain what I don't understand and let me know what I need done now, and what I need to watch for later. I am very hesitant to just believe what I am told, but have always found Lorentz to be truthful with me. They understand that repairs are expensive and have done an excellent job at keeping my costs to a minimum while still producing quality work. I trust them, their opinions and their work. And what really seals the deal for me is that they treat me with respect every time. Thank you so much for being the someone I can count on to treat me right.
