I don’t do a lot of reviews and feedback because I expect places to do what they are supposed to do! However, after my experience with Lorentz...there was NO way I would NOT speak up! The problem is, I can get pretty wordy in trying to convey exactly what my thoughts are to anyone who might read my review. So, a review could be several pages long with a Preface, Table of Contents, Appendix and a Summary that includes footnotes!! So, I worked on it overnight and what I just said, is the Preface, I deleted the ToC etc. and I’ll skip right to the Summary. I can’t say enough about the Customer Service, Communication, Respect and the whole “Do Unto Others...” feeling I got when I was there! Joe, Shane, Cole, Mrs Lorentz....they were all there when I picked up my truck. First class all the way! Honestly, it’s EXACTLY how a repair shop SHOULD BE! In fact, it’s how ALL businesses should be! They did what they said they would do. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of muffler belts, invisible glass coatings and an extended warranty....aka, A Load of CRAP! I was/am impressed, thankful and satisfied. Lorentz is the only repair shop I need in my phone book. If this isn’t enough, look me up, call me, text me or send me smoke signals and I’ll arrange to get you a copy of the ToC, Appendix and Chapters 1-4 of my review. Better yet, just take your rig to Lorentz and see for yourself.
