I am really grateful I found Lorentz Automotive. Everything was explained to me in perfect detail all along the way and I appreciated getting personal phone calls updating me and keeping me informed. Additionally, I never was pressured to do any service other than those that were previously agreed up and they went out of their way to find parts that were more cost effective so I ended paying less than what I was originally quoted. Have to do big car repairs is never fun but overall, my experience with Lorentz Automotive was really positive.

Mike and his team did amazing work on my 2007 Pontiac G6. I've been having trouble with the Catalytic Converter, on and off, for 4 years and I've tried several different shops. One of the bolt heads was broken, causing leaks that would ruin the converter within a year or less. Other shops wouldn't fix it without taking out the engine and charging many thousands of dollars--much more than my car is worth--if they could do it all. Mike's crew looked at it and said they could fix it without charging a fortune, even though it would be difficult. Their mission is to good work, fix it right the first time, and save the client as much money as possible, even if that means the work is more challenging. The cost was under a thousand! Other perks of this family owned business is that they offer a shuttle. During the initial assessment of the issues, Mike drove us a local breakfast place so we wouldn't potentially have to wait in their waiting room. After discussing the repair and cost over the phone, he even offered to drive my partner and I home. I will definitely be coming back for repairs here for both my Pontiac (and future replacement) and my partner's Nissan. They do everything but tires and body work.

As usual, you guys went beyond my expectations, in the same week you were able to fix my Minivan and my SUV to be ready to return to College with my daughters on time, thank you so much!
